Length
Measure from the base of the collar at the back to the desired length at the bottom hem.
Tip: For formal shirts, measure to just below the hip. For casual wear, you can go shorter.
Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight. Add 2-4 inches for comfortable fit.
Pet (Stomach)
Measure around your natural waistline, typically at the navel level.
Tip: Breathe normally and don't hold your stomach in while measuring.
Hip
Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Tip: For shirts, this ensures a comfortable fit when tucked in.
Sleeves Length
Measure from the shoulder seam, down the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.
Tip: Bend your elbow slightly for accurate measurement.
Cuff Round
Measure around your wrist where you want the cuff to sit.
Tip: Add 0.5-1 inch for comfort and ease of wearing.
Collar
Measure around your neck at the base where the collar would sit.
Tip: You should be able to fit one finger between the tape and your neck.
Teera (Shoulder)
Measure from one shoulder point to the other across the back.
Tip: Have someone help you for accurate measurement.
